ALC Supported Living in Liverpool is hiring care staff to deliver aspirational led care to adults and children with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs. We provide free training, ongoing support, and clear progression pathways, even if you are new to care.

You'll join a supportive team with flexible shifts, full induction, and opportunities to grow through Skills for Care and DHSC pathways.

• Lead shifts, mentor colleagues and support the wider team.
• Deliver person-centred daily support across our services in Liverpool, Merseyside, Warrington, Greater Manchester and the Northwest.
