Job summary

FM Conway is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative at our Heathrow Asphalt Plant. You will operate the plant and equipment to support materials production, working a mix of day and night shifts. Responsibilities include loading materials, shovel operations, weighbridge duties, and adhering to safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, a valid UK driving licence, and a safety-focused mindset. Previous related experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player with good communications skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexible, computer literate and health and safety conscious.
• Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner that complies with FMC procedures.
• Loading of material onto vehicles.
• Undertaking all loading shovel operations as required.
• Operating all weighbridge functions as required.
• Following site Health & Safety procedures.
• Contributing to overall well-being and profitability of the site and the business.
