Breedon Group is seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator for the Grimsby Concrete & Asphalt Plant. The role reports to the Quarry Manager and focuses on batching asphalt, plant maintenance, and ensuring safe, compliant plant operation.

You will work to safety, environmental, and quality standards, with potential night shifts. This permanent, full-time position offers career growth within Breedon’s operations and maintenance team.

• Previous experience in an asphalt plant is beneficial.
• A positive attitude towards health and safety.

• Ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Role may require some night working.

• Batch asphalt and conduct general maintenance of the asphalt plant.

Position Overview: We're seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator to become an integral part of our team at Grimsby. Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this role is key to our operations, focusing on batching asphalt, performing general maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our asphalt plant in line with our safety, environmental, and quality standards.
