Why this job matters
Ask HR is a team of HR advisors providing support and guidance for all colleagues across BT Group. For complex queries requiring further investigation, Ask HR will guide or hand off to the relevant specialist team.
The role of the team leader is to lead the Ask HR team who provide an invaluable service to our colleagues by providing day to day people relations support to people managers. The team supports on a mixture of people relations related matters, by guiding to policy and procedure, providing advisory support on informal processes, and/or providing guidance on how to request support for formal case management. The team will support the triage of new cases/queries, transferring cases into different categories, assessing case priority and complexity.
