Job summary

AlphaSights is looking to start your career in a fast-paced commercial role with immediate personal impact and a clear career path ahead.

You will join the Asia International team, based in our London office, sourcing US-based experts and collaborating with colleagues across regions to support Asia-client projects. The program offers a structured path to Manager after 24-30 months and to Vice President after ~5 years, plus MBA Tuition support for top schools.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Korean or C2 level is required; experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end client-expert communications, spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for your clients’ requests.
• Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts.
• Understanding the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.
