Qualifications
- Qualified in heating engineering or related field (Level 3 NVQ).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
- Level 2 NVQ in plumbing and heating.
- NICEIC Level 3 Award in Low Temperature Heating and Hot Water Systems in Dwellings.
Responsibilities
- Design heat pump systems after surveying properties.
- Install, maintain and repair heating systems per industry standards.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostics for optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
- Collaborate with team and contractors for project delivery.
- Keep accurate service reports and maintenance logs.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
