Valoris Group is recruiting four experienced domestic plumbing and heating engineers for a growing renewable heating company.
Candidates holding both qualifications are particularly desirable.
These are not entry-level positions. Applicants must be competent engineers who can work effectively within a two-person team without constant supervision. Heat-pump-specific training can be provided, but candidates must already have strong domestic heating, plumbing and pipework experience.
Candidates whose experience is mainly as a mate, assistant, improver, maintenance plumber, bathroom fitter or first-fix plumber will not be suitable unless they can demonstrate full heating-system installation and commissioning experience.
This is a national role, not a local Farnham-only position. Candidates must accept:
A company vehicle may be taken home, subject to company policy. Travel exceeding the first 30 minutes of each journey may be paid at the standard hourly rate, subject to approval.
For overnight work, the company will arrange and pay for accommodation. Dinner and breakfast will normally be included, with up to £30 available for an evening meal where dinner is not provided.
Installation teams are expected to complete at least two high-quality installations per week.
A discretionary payment of £125 per installer may be available for each qualifying installation completed above this target. A £50 tool voucher may also be awarded following a qualifying five-star customer review.
All offers are subject to satisfactory references, right-to-work checks, qualification verification and driving-licence checks.
