Valoris Group are recruiting for an Air Source Heat Pump Engineer in Bracknell, Berkshire with regional travel. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE and a package including a company van, fuel card, and ongoing training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and/or commissioning Air Source Heat Pumps.
• Strong domestic heating background required.
• Good understanding of heating systems, controls and hot water systems.
• Relevant heating, plumbing or mechanical qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and servicing of Air Source Heat Pump systems.
• Work on domestic renewable heating projects.
• Carrying out fault finding, diagnostics and remedial works.
• Work with hot water cylinders, heating systems and related components.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently and to high standards.
• Collaborate with the wider installation team.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service on site.
• Maintain accurate installation and commissioning records.

The Role

Valoris Group are working in partnership witha growing renewable energy company delivering bespoke low-carbon heating and energy solutions across Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

Due to continued company growth and increasing demand for their renewable energy projects, they are looking for an experienced Air Source Heat Pump Engineer to join their expanding team.

This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations and wants to develop their career within the renewable sector, with a clear opportunity to progress into a Team Lead position as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and servicing of Air Source Heat Pump systems


• Working on domestic renewable heating projects


• Carrying out fault finding, diagnostics and remedial works


• Working with hot water cylinders, heating systems and associated components


• Ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard


• Working closely with the wider installation team


• Providing a professional and customer-focused service on site


• Supporting less experienced engineers where required


• Maintaining accurate installation and commissioning records

About You

• Previous experience installing and/or commissioning Air Source Heat Pumps


• Strong domestic heating background


• Good understanding of heating systems, controls and hot water systems


• Relevant heating, plumbing or mechanical qualifications


• Full UK driving licence


• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
