Pulse Staffing Limited is seeking a Band 8a Pharmacist – Aseptic Services to join Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. This is an acute NHS hospital role requiring recent experience to support aseptic pharmacy services in a busy environment.

You will ensure safe preparation, supply and management of aseptic products, provide expert clinical and technical advice, and contribute to quality assurance, risk management and governance, working with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Recent and relevant experience in an acute NHS hospital.
• Significant experience within Aseptic Services.
• Strong understanding of GMP, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Enhanced DBS required.

Aufgaben

• Provide specialist pharmaceutical support to aseptic services within the Trust
• Ensure the safe and effective preparation, supply, and management of aseptic products
• Support compliance with relevant legislation, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and local policies
• Provide expert clinical and technical advice on aseptic services
• Contribute to quality assurance, risk management, and governance activities
• Work collaboratively with pharmacy, nursing, and medical teams to optimise patient care
• Support the continuous development and improvement of aseptic pharmacy services
