Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior pharmacy leader to drive strategy and change across the service. You will work with Quality Assurance, Cancer Clinical Leads, R&D, cancer services and clinical colleagues to provide expert advice and ensure aseptic standards are maintained as services expand.

Applicants must be GPhC registered and bring senior aseptic manufacturing expertise.

Formación

• Must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
• Extensive hospital pharmacy technical services experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert technical and pharmaceutical advice to senior leadership.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment and development to meet future service demands.
• Influence complex decisions and strategic changes across the wider service.
• Ensure aseptic requirements are considered as treatments and services develop.
