Job summary

We are partnering with a rapidly growing sterile pharmaceutical manufacturer seeking a QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function and drive the quality culture on site. You will own QA activities, ensuring GMP compliance and regulatory readiness while guiding a small, capable QA team.

The role involves close collaboration with Production, QC, Validation and senior leadership to advance quality strategy and continuous improvement initiatives in a hands-on GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams in sterile/aseptic pharma environments.
• Strong GMP regulatory knowledge and QA systems.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Experience managing deviations, CAPAs, change controls and audits.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of QA professionals.
• Maintain and improve the site's QMS.
• Ensure ongoing GMP/MHRA/FDA compliance.
• Support aseptic manufacturing operations with quality oversight.
• Review and approve quality documentation, investigations, CAPAs, deviations and change controls.
• Manage audits and inspections with customers and regulators.
• Drive continuous improvement across quality systems and manufacturing processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor quality metrics and improve operational performance.
• Promote a proactive quality culture across the site.
