Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above.
• NVQ level 2 in pharmacy services.
• Pharmacy experience in hospital or community setting essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare aseptically and ensure GMP/COSHH compliance.
• Maintain clean rooms, perform in-process checks.
• Assist with Intrathecal chemotherapy preparation and documentation.
• Handle stock, environmental monitoring, and data recording.
• Answer calls and liaise with team; support training.
