Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pharmacy Production team member to support aseptic dispensing, quality checks, and pre-packing of medicines. Qualifications

• In-house training and experience for prescription interpretation, labelling and aseptic dispensing equivalent to NVQ level 3
• Desirable knowledge of working in a sterile environment
• GCSE Maths and English grade C or equivalent and NVQ Pharmacy Level 2
• In-house training programmes including labelling, aseptic dispensing, and distribution
• Regular validation in aseptic technique and training in relevant computer programmes
• Desirable: Manual handling, COSHH, Fire and Security training
• Experience following procedures; ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Stock control, filing/record keeping, sterile environment and good housekeeping skills
