Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with GMP requirements and aseptic processing is essential.
• COSHH knowledge and risk assessment experience.
• Experience operating line equipment in manufacturing settings.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks and lift loads.
• Able to adapt to changing shift patterns and production needs.
• Capable of working independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive correct batch components from warehouse for the line.
• Clear the line from the last order and verify batch documentation.
• Set up the line and start and run production to meet schedules.
• Close down packing orders when production runs finish.
• Provide daily performance data and help analyse improvements.
• Participate in team projects to improve line efficiency and fitness.
• Maintain effective communication within the team and with supervisors.
