We are hiring for several roles within the Steriles Business Unit, including multiple Manufacturing Operator positions (Q Block).

Our manufacturing includes 38 medicines with over 1500 pack variations, treating conditions such as HIV, Cancer, Infectious Diseases, and more, supplied to over 130 markets worldwide.

Successful candidates will join the Steriles production team, manufacturing and filling sterile products. The role involves working on a 24/7 shift pattern.

In this role you will…
  • Qualify and maintain a sterile operating license.
  • Set up aseptic filling isolators, including glove integrity testing, machine cleaning, and VHP procedures.
  • Operate aseptic isolators, perform interventions via glove ports, and manage environmental monitoring and sterile transfers.
  • Interact with sterile interfaces such as ISS and RTP / IDC ports.
  • Conduct filter testing, including PUPSIT and PUIT.
  • Participate in critical decisions with cross-functional teams (Micro, MSAT, OQ, Engineering, R&D).
  • Use digital systems like MES, PCS7, A1PE.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment, maintaining aseptic behaviors.
  • Support filling operations, including component and finished product processing and IPC checks.
  • Prepare sterilized parts via parts washer and autoclaving.
  • Complete documentation accurately and operate various computer and automation systems.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • Current or previous sterile area license holder.
  • Understanding of digital systems and platforms.
  • At least 5 GCSEs or equivalent pharmaceutical experience.

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous aseptic isolator experience (not mandatory).
