Job summary

Riversdale Primary School in London is seeking a teacher to lead a class of children with SLCN/ASD. The post requires experience in EYFS and ideally in a Base or specialist provision, with a commitment to SEND/ASD training.

The role forms part of a maternity cover contract, within a supportive leadership team, offering strong CPD and opportunities to pursue professional passions in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SLCN/ASD in a primary setting, ideally in a Base or specialist provision.
• Has additional SEND/ASD qualifications or is committed to training.
• Experience with EYFS and working with non-verbal or pre-verbal children.

Responsibilities

• Lead a class of children with SLCN/ASD.
• Implement personalised learning plans and promote inclusive ethos.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to support pupils’ development.
