University Hospitals Dorset in Poole invites applications for a Band 5 Senior Assistant Psychologist in the Community Paediatric Service. Work focuses on ASD with families, in collaboration with the MDT including clinicians and therapists.

Under supervision, you will support the Autistic Spectrum Disorder Pathway, provide training, and maintain family-friendly communication while guiding referrals and information sharing across Dorset.

Competenze

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Psychology.
• Strong communication and organisational skills required.
• Experience with ASD pathway or paediatric services desirable.

Mansioni

• Support the Dorset Development and Behavioural Pathway for ASD under supervision.
• Assist with information gathering and signposting to Early Help Services in Dorset.
• Coordinate and share updated local and national resources to families.

Formazione

Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree in Psychology

Upper Second or First class undergraduate psychology degree

Postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject e.g. diploma, MSc
