Q - Are you a graduate looking for an exciting new opportunity and have a passion for SEN?

A creative, holistic Primary School in Hodge Hill with specialist provisions for SEN is looking for a confident, ambitious ASD/ADHD Support Assistant, Year 1 to provide support for pupils with various Special Educational Needs and with a specific focus on Autism.

You will be working alongside a motivated team of specialist teachers, various therapists, and inclusion staff as an ASD/ADHD Support Assistant, Year 1, helping manage the classroom environment, creating exciting activities, and delivering tailored programmes to pupils using the extensive equipment at the school.

The ideal candidate for this ASD/ADHD Support Assistant, Year 1 role would be a graduate searching for the perfect role to start their career in education, or an individual passionate about SEN who is looking to work alongside the best specialist staff and equipment such as Speech and Language Therapists, Hydro-therapists, Psychologists, and more!

ASD/ADHD Support Assistant, Year 1 - JOB SPEC

1. Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with SEN requirements
2. Use your creativity and imagination to excite the pupils
3. ASAP Start - Full academic year
4. £105 - £110 per day - Term time only
5. 8:30 am - 4:00 pm - Full time position
6. Based in Hodge Hill
