Job summary

Chiltern Way Academy in Wokingham is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to support students aged 8-16 with ASC. You will work alongside teachers to deliver learning activities, assist individuals and small groups, and help foster a calm, safe and supportive classroom environment. The role requires patience, flexibility and good communication.

GCSE English and Maths are expected, with NVQ Level 2 ideal. You will help build positive relationships with students and staff, contribute to planning

Qualifications

• GCSE English & Maths at grade A-C.
• NVQ Level 2 is desirable.
• Experience working with children or young people preferred.
