LRQA in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Accreditation Manager to lead the ASC accreditation programme within the Seafood team. The role focuses on maintaining accreditation, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving improvements across global seafood certification activities.

You will be the focal point for ASC accreditation matters, coordinating with operations, technical and assurance teams to ensure audits meet high standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in aquaculture, seafood certification, or assurance programmes.
• Strong knowledge of ASC standards and accreditation processes.
• Experience working with certification bodies, accreditation bodies, or technical assurance functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain ASC accreditation requirements and approvals.
• Liaise with accreditation bodies and scheme owners.
• Support auditor competence, witness audits, and technical reviews.
• Lead accreditation assessments and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to operational and auditor teams.
• Monitor scheme updates and implement programme changes.
• Support business growth by ensuring robust and compliant delivery.
