AEC - Airborne Environmental Consultants Ltd is expanding its training team and seeking a dedicated Asbestos Trainer to design and deliver open and bespoke training for both internal staff and external delegates.
You will deliver engaging sessions, tailor materials to diverse learning styles, assess learner needs, and provide ongoing coaching to help participants thrive while coordinating with the training administrator and managers.
AEC is looking to grow our training team and bring in a brand new Asbestos Trainer. This role will be responsible for the delivery and design of open and bespoke asbestos training courses and training of internal AEC colleagues.
In this role you will deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to diverse audiences, design and develop training materials tailored to various learning styles, assess learners' needs and adapt strategies to ensure their success as well as providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to help participants thrive.
