Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification is essential.
• Solid knowledge of asbestos surveying and reporting.
• Good knowledge of asbestos regulations and industry best practice.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication.
• Ability to manage workloads and deadlines.
• Previous asbestos surveying experience preferred.
• Housing surveys experience beneficial.
• CAD and consultancy experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Technically reviewing asbestos survey reports prior to authorisation.
• Ensuring reports comply with relevant asbestos legislation and guidance.
• Checking reports for technical accuracy, quality and consistency.
• Identifying discrepancies or potential issues and providing corrective actions.
• Liaising with Asbestos Surveyors to resolve technical queries.
• Maintaining high standards across client documentation.
