Your Recruiters Limited is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor in Stafford to deliver management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across diverse properties. You will produce precise digital reports, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with current asbestos guidance while meeting deadlines.
The role demands a BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 qualification, 2+ years' asbestos surveying experience, and a strong eye for detail.
Competenze
- BOHS P402 qualification or RSPH Level 3 certificate in surveying.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant asbestos surveying experience.
- Strong knowledge of current industry guidance and compliance.
- Experience producing accurate digital survey reports and site plans.
- Good IT skills, using tablets and digital reporting systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Professional, detail oriented and able to work independently.
Mansioni
- Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys.
- Liaise professionally with clients, tenants and site representatives.
- Record accurate site information using tablet-based systems.
- Produce clear site plans and survey reports.
- Ensure samples and documentation are submitted on time.
- Perform quality assurance checks on reports.
- Support trainee surveyors where appropriate.
- Keep up to date with asbestos legislation and guidance.
