Job summary

APEC Environmental, part of the Celnor Group, invites applications for an Asbestos Surveyor or Dual‑Role Surveyor/Analyst in Rotherham. You will perform management, refurbishment and demolition surveys, collect samples, and help prepare reports while liaising with clients and internal teams.

The role requires BHOS P402 or RSPH equivalent, 3+ years surveyor experience, and a full UK driving license. TEAMS experience is preferred and full UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• BHOS P402 certified, or the RSPH equivalent (or analytical certs).
• 3+ years experience in Surveyor role.
• Experience with TEAMS asbestos management system.

Responsibilities

• Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys of various industries.
• Conduct bulk samplings as required.
• Compile and check reports.
• Participate in auditing and re-surveys as required.
• Liaise with clients and other internal departments.
