Job summary

Riverside Environmental Services is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor in Wolverhampton to deliver management, refurbishment and demolition surveys and produce high-quality reports.

You will work within the Field Team, mentor junior surveyors, and have opportunities for progression and industry qualifications such as P403, P404 and P405.

The role offers a competitive salary (£29,000 - £38,000), a company vehicle or car allowance, pension and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience carrying out asbestos surveys.
• Strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation.
• Full UK driving licence.
• High level of attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys.
• Collect accurate site information and asbestos samples.
• Produce high quality survey reports and technical documentation.
• Work across a varied portfolio of domestic, commercial and industrial sites.
• Build positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
• Support and mentor trainee surveyors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, compliance and quality standards.
