Riverside Environmental Services is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our Field Team in Walsall. You will conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys and produce detailed surveys and reports for clients across commercial and industrial sites.

The role offers full-time hours, clear progression routes, and training through our dedicated development programme within the Celnor Group, with exposure to specialist courses and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent.
• Experience carrying out asbestos surveys.
• Strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation.
• Full UK driving licence.
• High level of detail and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys.
• Collect accurate site information and asbestos samples.
• Produce high quality survey reports and technical documentation.
• Work across a varied portfolio of domestic, commercial and industrial sites.
• Build positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
• Support and mentor trainee surveyors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, compliance and quality standards.
