Job summary

Riverside Environmental Services is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor in Cannock to join the Field Team on a full-time basis. You will conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys, collect samples, and produce detailed reports for a diverse range of sites.

The role offers clear progression, ongoing training, and opportunities to develop leadership skills while supporting trainee surveyors and expanding technical expertise within the Riverside network.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent.
• Experience carrying out asbestos surveys.
• Understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation.
• Full UK driving licence.
• High level of attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys.
• Collect accurate site information and asbestos samples.
• Produce high quality survey reports and technical documentation.
• Work across a varied portfolio of domestic, commercial and industrial sites.
• Build positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
• Support and mentor trainee surveyors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, compliance and quality standards.
