Job summary

Mitie Group plc., via Tersus, is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor in Guildford to conduct a full range of asbestos surveying duties across domestic, commercial and industrial properties. You will support clients with technical advice and accurate reporting, and you will be responsible for data collection and reporting using company software.

You will liaise with the Asbestos Surveying Quality team and project teams while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualified or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial and/or industrial sectors.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Commitment to high standards and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across properties.
• Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS-accredited labs.
• Complete asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software.
• Build and maintain client relationships, providing specialist advice and support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients while maintaining professional standards.
