Future Select Recruitment in East Kilbride is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to conduct management, refurbishment and demolition surveys. The role involves 4 stage clearance, air monitoring and sampling across diverse client sites.

You will produce technical reports, assist with compliance checks, and provide expert advice while meeting project deadlines and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
• Strong communication skills
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT proficiencies

Responsibilities

• Conduct management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
• Carry out 4 stage clearances
• Perform full air monitoring (personal, smoke, reassurance, leak and background)
• Safely collect ACM samples from site
• Produce detailed technical reports and floorplans
• Inspect removal projects to confirm compliance before sign-off
• Provide technical advice and support to clients
• Work to set deadlines
• Maintain your own technical knowledge
