Job summary

Future Select Limited seeks an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in East Kilbride or Central Scotland. You will perform all types of asbestos surveys, plus air testing and clearances, and liaise with removal teams to ensure safety and compliance. Travel across the Central belt to domestic and commercial sites is required.

Applicants should hold BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalents) with strong communication and IT skills, plus knowledge of HSG 264/248 guidelines for site work.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
• Must hold the BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalents).
• Strong knowledge of HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys.
• Carry out 4 stage clearances.
• Full air monitoring including personal, smoke, reassurance and background.
• Safely collect ACM samples on site and produce detailed reports.
• Inspect removal projects to confirm compliance before sign-off.
• Provide technical advice to clients and meet deadlines.

A privately owned Asbestos Consultancy is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team. Applicants must have strong hands‑on experience of completing all types asbestos surveys, in addition to analytical tasks (i.e. air testing and clearances). In addition, you must be confident in communicating with asbestos removals teams in order to ensure works are compliant and safe. You will be travelling across the Central belt of Scotland, working across a range of domestic and commercial premises. Experience / Qualifications

• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
• Must hold the BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalents)

• Confident working across a diverse range of client sites
• Strong communication skills
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT proficiencies
