Job summary

HFS Environmental, based in Meopham, Kent, is seeking an Asbestos Analyst, Surveyor, or dual-qualified professional for a full-time role. The successful candidate will perform asbestos air monitoring and 4SC/asbestos management, and undertake refurbishment and demolition surveys across London and surrounding areas.

You will join a standards-driven environment with strong emphasis on accuracy, reporting, and regulatory compliance, supported by UKAS-accredited processes and a commitment to client

Qualifications

• BOHS P403/404 or P402 or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in asbestos air monitoring, bulk sample analysis, or surveys.
• Strong attention to detail, data recording, and report-writing.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices in lab/site environments.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites across the region.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage workload effectively.
• Proficiency with standard office software; familiarity with quality management systems (ISO/UKAS) is beneficial.
• Experience in environmental consulting, building surveying, or related field advantageous.
