Job summary

APEC Environmental is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor or Dual-Role Surveyor/Analyst to join the Field Team in Sheffield. You will deliver high quality asbestos surveys and, where applicable, air monitoring services across a range of sites, supporting clients to manage asbestos risks safely and in line with current legislation.

The role requires BHOS P402 certified (or RSPH equivalent), at least 3 years’ surveyor experience, and a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications

• BHOS P402 certified, or the RSPH equivalent (or analytical certs).
• 3 years or more experience in Surveyor role.
• Experience with TEAMS asbestos management system.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys of various industries.
• Conduct bulk samplings as required.
• Compile and check reports.
• Participate in auditing and re-surveys as required.
• Liaise with clients and other internal departments.
