Domestic Asbestos Surveyor Analyst (Asbestos Consultant)
Winchester

Must be willing and able to travel along the central South Coast; Southampton and Portsmouth.

Salary and Benefits depend on experience. Range up to GBP43,000.

Penguins' client is a large, multi-disciplined, UKAS-accredited company with nationwide offices, seeking a dual-trained Asbestos Surveyor Analyst who can travel throughout the South Coast on mostly domestic sites.

Asbestos Consultant Requirements: P402, P403, P404 qualifications.

Desirable:

• Construction or surveying HND or Degree
• Scientific/Maths A-levels, or science HND
• P401 / S301 / W504 qualifications

Key Responsibilities for an Asbestos Consultant:

• Assess asbestos removal, detect debris, and ensure compliance with HSG 247 clearance tests.
• Manage client accounts and communicate effectively with clients and site managers.
• Process samples and generate reports promptly.
• Engage in professional development through toolbox talks and training.
• Assist in training less experienced team members.
