Job summary

Penguin Recruitment seeks a dual Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Falkirk and the wider Central Belt. The role offers a balance of surveying and analytical duties in commercial and mixed-use environments.

You will carry out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys, air monitoring, and reporting while ensuring compliance with current legislation and UKAS procedures. Full UK driving licence is required. Permanent role with long-term prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dual Surveyor/Analyst role or similar.
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance.
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264.
• Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling.
• Working across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
• Producing accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports.
• Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures.
