Celnor Group is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to join the Field Team in Swanley. The role involves conducting various asbestos surveys and producing high-quality reports. You will work closely with clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will possess the BOHS P402 qualification and have previous experience in asbestos surveying. The position offers a salary range of £32,000 - £41,000 monthly and includes numerous benefits such as annual leave, life assurance, and professional development opportunities.

• Previous experience carrying out asbestos surveys is required.
• Strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation is necessary.

Riverside Environmental Services delivers high-quality asbestos surveying, analytical and consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, industrial and public‑sector sites.

What you will do

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys.
• Collect accurate site information and asbestos samples.
• Produce high quality survey reports and technical documentation.
• Work across a varied portfolio of domestic, commercial and industrial sites.
• Build positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
• Support and mentor trainee surveyors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, compliance and quality standards.

Who you are

• BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience carrying out asbestos surveys.
• Strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation.
• Full UK driving licence.
• High level of attention to detail and accountability.
