Mitie is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to conduct a full range of surveying duties across domestic, commercial and industrial properties in Gloucester and surrounding areas.

The role involves sampling, reinspections, and reporting, with a 40-hour week and base salary £32,000–£40,000, plus OTE; applicants must have BOHS P402 and a full UK driving licence.

Mansioni

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across a variety of property types.
• Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to company‑approved UKAS‑accredited laboratories.
• Complete asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical advice and specialist support when required.

HOURS: 40 hours a week

LOCATION: Gloucester and surrounding areas

SALARY: £32,000 - £40,000 base salary, exclusive of weekend working ( OTE including weekends : £46,000)

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across a variety of property types
• Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to company‑approved UKAS‑accredited laboratories
• Complete asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical advice and specialist support when required
• Liaise with Surveying Quality, Contracts, Projects Managers and Supervisors as needed, maintaining a professional approach at all times
