Tersus, a part of Mitie, is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to perform full asbestos surveying duties across domestic, commercial and industrial properties, providing clients with technical advice and accurate reporting.

The role involves field surveys, sampling, reporting using company software, and building strong client relationships. Interviews are routinely held on Wednesday afternoons, with flexibility to support individual circumstances.

• Strong knowledge of asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial and/or industrial sectors.
• Full UK driving licence.

Mansioni

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of domestic, commercial and industrial properties.
• Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS laboratories approved by the company.
• Complete asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software.
• Build and maintain client relationships, providing specialist advice and technical support.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients, promoting the company in a professional manner.

We're looking for an Asbestos Surveyor who will conduct a full range of asbestos surveying duties across domestic, commercial and industrial properties while supporting clients with technical advice and accurate reporting.

Interviews are routinely held on Wednesday afternoons; however, we are happy to offer flexibility where needed to support applicants' individual circumstances.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of domestic, commercial and industrial properties in accordance with HSG264 and company procedures
• Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS‑accredited laboratories approved by the company
• Complete asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software
• Build and maintain client relationships, providing specialist advice and technical support where required
• Liaise with the Asbestos Surveying Quality team, Contracts team, Project Managers, Supervisors and clients as required, while setting a personal example and promoting the company in a professional manner at all times

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial and/or industrial sectors
• Full UK driving licence
• Committed to delivering high standards while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance

Due to the nature of this role and its involvement in regulated activity, employment is conditional upon a satisfactory Enhanced DBS disclosure and the successful completion of all pre-employment screening requirements.
