This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic asbestos surveyor to join their London base.

Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor:

• Completing Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a range of property types
• Carrying out bulk sampling when required
• Creating comprehensive reports to be issued to clients
• Understanding all Asbestos Legislations to keep in line with company policies and UKAS accreditation
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the company’s clients
• Minimum of 2 years (post qualification) field experience
• A full UK driving licence with a flexible approach to commuting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Broad knowledge of HSG: 264
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
• Knowledge of TEAMS or similar software
