Job summary

WRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Asbestos Supervisor to oversee removal projects across Kent, London, and surrounding areas. You will lead site teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold high health and safety standards.

The role requires a valid Asbestos Supervisor Certificate, CSCS card, and a proactive approach to risk assessment, site safety, and client liaison. Monday to Friday with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Asbestos Supervisor Certificate (UKATA, ARCA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in asbestos removal
• Valid CSCS Card
• Current Medical Certificate and Face-Fit Test
• Strong knowledge of asbestos regulations and safe working practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Supervise asbestos removal teams on-site
• Ensure compliance with CAR 2012, HSE guidance, and company procedures
• Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
• Monitor Plans of Work, risk assessments, and method statements
• Maintain site records and project documentation
• Liaise with clients, analysts, and project teams
• Promote a strong safety culture and resolve site issues promptly

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Asbestos Supervisor to oversee asbestos removal projects across Kent, London, and surrounding areas. You will lead site teams, ensure compliance with asbestos regulations, and maintain the highest standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise asbestos removal teams on-site


• Ensure compliance with CAR 2012, HSE guidance, and company procedures


• Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections


• Monitor Plans of Work, risk assessments, and method statements


• Maintain site records and project documentation


• Liaise with clients, analysts, and project teams

Requirements
