Job summary

Future Select Limited is seeking a hands-on Asbestos Site Analyst in Basildon, Essex. The role covers full air monitoring, clearances and collaboration with removals teams across commercial, domestic and industrial sites.

Candidates must hold BOHS P403/P404 or RSPH equivalents and demonstrate strong communication, literacy and IT skills. The package includes a salary of £27k-£40k plus training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Asbestos Site Analyst.
• Robust knowledge of UKAS and HSG 248 guidelines.
• Must hold the BOHS P403, P404 or RSPH equivalents.
• Strong communication skills and IT proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full air testing (personal, leak, smoke, background, personal and reassurance).
• Perform 4-stage clearances of varying size and scope.
• Work across asbestos removals projects on site.
• Liaise with removals teams on site.
• Collect ACM samples for analysis.
• Perform fibre counting.
• Calibrate equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections.
• Produce detailed technical reports.

Due to recent company growth, our client is recruiting for a hands-on Asbestos Site Analyst. They are seeking someone who is qualified (either with the P403/P404 or RSPH equivalent) and able to hit the ground running. You will be working across a diverst portfolio of commercial, domestic and industrial removals projects, conducting clearances and full air monitoring.
