Job summary

One Way is recruiting an Asbestos Removal Supervisor to lead on-site demolition projects across Oxfordshire. The role requires a Current Licensed Asbestos Removal Supervisor certification and a background in demolition.

You will oversee a small team, manage trades and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery while maintaining client communications. The position is permanent, with duties covering site supervision, paperwork, and commercial awareness to meet project budgets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing on-site teams in demolition environments.
• Strong HSE understanding and ability to enforce safety procedures.
• Client-facing duties and keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver projects within budget.
• Supervisory experience of trades and subcontractors on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a site team and a small gang of operatives including machine drivers and strip works.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors, ensuring work flows safely and efficiently.
• Manage health and safety compliance, paperwork, and client communications to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Job description

Asbestos Removal Supervisor required to join demolition contractor for projects covering the Oxfordshire area. The Asbestos Removal Supervisor will ideally have a Current Licensed Asbestos Removal Supervisor certification and come from a demolition background / experience. Asbestos Removal Supervisor duties to include but not limited to: overseeing site team, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, client facing, commercially aware, ensuring project delivery on time within budget and necessary paperwork. The Asbestos Removal Supervisor will be overseeing a small gang of operatives including machine drivers, strip works, ripping out internals, sorting demolition debris, assisting trades on site and any other associated tasks. Asbestos Removal Supervisor is required on a permanent basis.
