Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking an Asbestos Removal Supervisor to join a demolition contractor on projects across the Oxfordshire area. You will oversee the on-site team, supervise trades and subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and manage client expectations and paperwork.

Permanent role requiring a Current Licensed Asbestos Removal Supervisor certification and demolition background. You will lead a small gang of operatives, coordinate stripping, debris removal and ensure delivery

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Asbestos Removal Supervisor certification is required.
• Demolition background/experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site team and trades/subcontractors to ensure delivery.
• Manage health and safety on site and file required paperwork.
• Maintain client relationships and commercially aware project delivery.
• Coordinate tasks with operatives, drivers and team leaders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Job description

Asbestos Removal Supervisor required to join demolition contractor for projects covering the Oxfordshire area. The Asbestos Removal Supervisor will ideally have a Current Licensed Asbestos Removal Supervisor certification and come from a demolition background / experience. Asbestos Removal Supervisor duties to include but not limited to: overseeing site team, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, client facing, commercially aware, ensuring project delivery on time within budget and necessary paperwork. The Asbestos Removal Supervisor will be overseeing a small gang of operatives including machine drivers, strip works, ripping out internals, sorting demolition debris, assisting trades on site and any other associated tasks. Asbestos Removal Supervisor is required on a permanent basis.
