Job summary

The PA Group UK, based in Dartford, seeks an experienced Contracts Manager (Asbestos Removal) to lead site and office teams, ensuring compliance with HSG 247 and the control of asbestos regulations. You will develop client relationships, prepare quotations, and oversee delivery of commercial and domestic projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in asbestos removal.
• Training and qualification within this role and the asbestos industry is essential.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Management of asbestos removal site and office teams.
• Preparation of notifications, method statements, risk assessments and company documentation.
• Building rapport with clients and presenting quotations for works.
• Carrying out site audits and managing framework contracts.
