Liquid is seeking an experienced Asbestos Project Manager to take ownership of remedial programmes across its housing portfolio. You will design, plan and deliver projects, coordinating contractors and ensuring safe, compliant delivery.
The role offers hybrid working with travel across the South of England and a base in Bracknell. You will gain professional development opportunities including a Project Management qualification and contribute to resident safety and property compliance.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of asbestos remedial projects across a large and varied housing portfolio, working for one of the South of England's leading housing providers.
You will manage projects from the initial scope through to completion, with the autonomy to plan the work, manage contractors and make sure every project is delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard.
You’ll be joining a financially secure, purpose‑led housing provider at a time of major investment in its existing homes. Safety, quality and customer experience sit at the heart of its current five‑year strategy, giving this position genuine visibility and long‑term importance.
The portfolio is large enough to offer variety, professional challenge and the chance to manage projects across different property types and locations. You’ll be supported by an experienced asbestos function, approved framework contractors and colleagues across property, compliance and customer services.
There is also a clear commitment to developing people. Alongside ongoing professional training, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work towards a recognised Project Management qualification.
Most importantly, the work has a clear purpose. The projects you deliver will directly protect residents, maintain safe homes and support the organisation's wider compliance responsibilities.
As Asbestos Project Manager, you’ll design, plan and deliver asbestos remedial programmes across the organisation's housing portfolio.
This position would suit an experienced asbestos professional who is ready to take greater ownership of remedial projects, develop their project management experience and join an organisation making substantial, long‑term investment in the safety and quality of its homes.
Please apply with an up‑to‑date CV detailing your asbestos qualifications and experience managing remedial works or programmes.
