Job summary

Oracle Solutions Asbestos Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager (Asbestos) for an initial 6 month FTC to lead multiple asbestos management projects in the UK. You will drive safety, quality, schedule, and profitability while ensuring RAMS and inductions are thorough.

You will allocate resources, supervise direct reports, build client and regulator relationships, and implement process improvements to deliver projects on time and to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Undertake day-to-day operations of asbestos management projects with focus on safety, quality and budget.
• Allocate and manage resources (personnel, equipment, materials) for multiple projects.
• Provide guidance and line-management for direct reports to promote safety and accountability.
• Develop and maintain client, subcontractor and regulator relationships to support delivery.
• Prepare RAMS, site inductions and site-specific documentation.
