Job summary

Future Select Limited is seeking an experienced Asbestos Project Manager to deliver asbestos surveying projects across the South East. You will oversee site and office teams, ensure QA, and produce RAMS while maintaining client relationships and ensuring timely delivery.

The role requires BOHS P402/403/404 or RSPH equivalents, strong leadership, and robust technical knowledge of UKAS guidelines. A company vehicle, pension, and annual leave are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven success as an Asbestos Project Manager within a UKAS accredited company.
• Must hold BOHS P402, P403 and P404 or RSPH equivalents.
• BOHS P405 advantageous.
• Strong experience in managing teams.
• Robust technical knowledge including UKAS, HSG 264 and 248 guidelines.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing teams of site and office staff on daily projects.
• Carrying out auditing and quality assurance checks on completed works.
• Ensuring works are completed within deadlines and scope.
• Producing RAMS for projects.
• Identifying training needs for colleagues.
• Travel to sites to scope for projects.
• Training staff and supporting asbestos surveys/analysis as needed.
• Reporting and investigating non-conformities.
• Maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Title: Asbestos Project Manager Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex Salary/Benefits: £38k - £48k + Training & Benefits We are recruiting on behalf of a UKAS accredited Asbestos outfit. They have recently grown their presence in the South East of England and require a focused and experienced Asbestos Project Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing successful delivery of asbestos surveying services, which will include the monitoring of productivity levels and general technical and logistical support to colleagues. We are seeking someone who is qualified with BOHS / RSPH modules in surveying and analytical, alongside good hands-on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join an independent outfit, and work within a local radius.
