Key responsibilities include asbestos air monitoring, 4-stage clearances, and producing compliant reports. A strong understanding of HSG248 and driving licence are essential for this permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• BOHS P403 & P404 are essential for the role.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience as an Asbestos Analyst is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking asbestos air monitoring (background, leak, reassurance, personal).
• Carrying out 4-stage clearances and issuing Certificates of Reoccupation.
• Performing visual inspections on asbestos removal works.
• Producing accurate, compliant reports per HSG248 guidance.
• Maintaining health, safety, and quality control standards.
• Liaising with clients, contractors and site teams.
