Job summary

Amentum is recruiting a P401 qualified Asbestos Analyst based in Birchwood, Warrington, to join a team of highly skilled technicians and scientists. You will conduct asbestos bulk identification and soil analyses, producing precise reports for national and international clients.

Qualifications

• BOHS P401 or equivalent qualification in asbestos analysis.
• Experience with asbestos bulk identification and soil analysis.
• Strong report writing and data recording skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse asbestos bulk and soil samples using PLM.
• Identify asbestos fibre types per HSG248.
• Produce accurate reports and certificates of analysis.
• Ensure compliance with UKAS standards and safety procedures.
