Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property, a leading UK safety and compliance business, seeks an Asbestos Analyst who thrives in the field and takes charge of site safety. You will travel to client premises to perform inspections and testing, manage abatement schemes, and deliver precise reports.

Applicants should hold BOHS P403/P404 (or RSPH equivalent) with valid site access accreditations like a CSCS card; BOHS P406/S301/CoCA are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Must hold BOHS P403/P404 or RSPH equivalent.
• Valid site access accreditations such as CSCS card.
• Desirable BOHS P406, S301, or CoCA.
• Hands-on analytical experience across varying site environments.
• Methodical, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client premises to conduct asbestos inspections and testing.
• Manage abatement schemes in line with guidance and RAMs.
• Coordinate four-stage clearances and site re-occupations with clients and operatives.
• Produce accurate test reports, method statements and site plans.
• Support training of junior staff and provide feedback on site conditions.
• Maintain QC/QA and care for vehicle and equipment.
