Job summary

Future Select Ltd is recruiting for a hands-on Asbestos Site Analyst. The role requires qualification (P403/P404 or RSPH equivalent) and the ability to hit the ground running.

You will be working across a diverst portfolio of commercial, domestic and industrial removals projects, conducting clearances and full air monitoring. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of UKAS and HSG 248 guidelines, plus excellent communication, literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an Asbestos Site Analyst.
• Robust knowledge of UKAS and HSG 248 guidelines.
• Must hold BOHS P403, P404 or RSPH equivalents.
• Strong communication skills and good literacy/numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full air testing including personal, leak, smoke and background samples.
• Perform 4 stage clearances across varied project sizes.
• Work on asbestos removals projects and liaise with removals teams on site.
• Collect ACM samples, count fibres, calibrate equipment and inspect sites.
• Produce detailed technical reports of findings.
